What you need to know about photos and pictures
Some of you may not be aware hat there is a copyright law,and those that are may not realise it incoporats the internet as well.
The law states that you cannot use just any picture or photograph for your own use, especially in any form of advertising where you may make money.
So what have VWD 101 done about this?
Well for one we have bought CD's on which there are over 250, 000 photographs which can be used for this purpose, however, for something more personal your own photos can be used or we can send out our own photographer to take photos to use on your site. With us there are two ways the pictures can be used, 1) is where we keep the copyright and still own them but you have access to use them, however, acknowledgement must be giving to us or 2) you pay a fee for the copyright to the pictures and then they become your property to use as you wish.
The second choice is our marketing designer gets together with our graphics designer and they build a picture to your specifications and/or requirements. And again refer to notes 1) and 2) above.
Whichever you choose, you can be sure that VWD 101 will make sure that at no time will you be breaking the law regarding copyright, thereby protecting you, your web site, your advertising campaign and your business at all times.
